Primary responsibility is to work one-on-one with the clients in the clinic or in any natural environment deemed appropriate for making progress toward treatment goals. This person works cohesively with Administrative and clinical staff involved with the client’s treatment plan. The ABA Implementer I is responsible for extensive data collection on the client’s progress as well as reporting of collected data. ABA Implementer I will recognize that the individuals we serve often have experienced trauma that affects their development and adjustment. ABA Implementer I will be trained in trauma-informed care and will work to help provide services in an environment that is sensitive and responsive which will prevent victimization, abuse, or trauma as a result of the care received. ABA Implementer I reports to the Autism Supervisor and Clinical Director of the Bill & Virginia Leffen Center for Autism. Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Licenses and Certifications: Ability to obtain the Registered Behavior Technician Certification Preferred Qualifications: Prior ABA therapy experience preferred but not required.
