Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Airframe Stress Engineer to develop long term and strategic stress relationships, with both internal and external customers, to ensure coordination and success of MAP Engineering department strategies and external partnerships. Responsible for supporting the decision-making process that involves the work and resources of others. Engages colleagues and encourages use of novel and creative tools and thinking. Support discussions and alignments with the technical authorities to ensure MAP delegation requests are fully enabled and supported. This role is a transverse role and the jobholder is expected to support the wider AA1 community, to support technical signatories and approvals along with mentoring and aligning ways or working within the stress skill perimeter. Deep knowledge of Airworthiness directives e.g. DOA and POA etc. is essential for the job.
