Schedule Designed for Night Owls Night Shift: Thursday–Saturday, 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM (Pacific Time) Call Team assignment Fully remote (candidates must reside in WA, AZ, OH, or TX) About the Program 988 Crisis Services provides free, confidential, telephone-based crisis support across King County and Washington State. Our mission is to foster resilience and wellbeing by connecting people to compassionate, accessible care - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Overnight clinicians play a critical leadership role, ensuring safety and continuity of care during the most vulnerable hours. Position Summary The Crisis Services Clinician (988) is a qualified Mental Health Professional who oversees 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline contacts via phone, chat, and text. This role provides advanced risk assessment, clinical decision-making, and real-time consultation while supervising a multidisciplinary overnight team of clinical and paraprofessional staff. Graveyard clinicians are relied upon for strong judgment, calm leadership, and confident decision-making during high-acuity situations. Why Work the Night Shift?
