About The Position

As part of the 737 Business Operations team, this leader will be responsible for MS&I and Program Initiatives (Program Planning, Analytics, Work Statement Management) This is an opportunity to leverage strong operational, communication and strategic skills to integrate across the 737 value stream.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, and/or related disciplines in fast paced environments
  • Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership, staying composed under pressure
  • Experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and partnerships across functions

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading project management processes, continuous improvement, and tool development activities
  • Experience with creating or executing organizational management systems

Responsibilities

  • Manages, develops and motivates employees and first line managers performing business management activities.
  • Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives.
  • Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of projects and leads process improvements.
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.
  • Monitors business unit work statement to support planning and execution.
  • Aligns and integrates management system architecture across programs and business units.
