This person will help shape and grow the Rogers, Arkansas office by leading a team that is doing outreach to career executives, small business owners, and professionals looking for a financial advisor. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business or related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a financial advisor or portfolio manager
  • Proven success in business development and revenue generation
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of investment products, strategies, and financial planning
  • Excellent client service, communication, and presentation abilities
  • Series 65 or 66 license
  • Proficiency with CRM, portfolio management, and Microsoft Office software

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their financial goals, assess their financial situation, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Prospect for new clients and cross-sell services to existing clients
  • Represent the firm in the local community through networking and marketing efforts
  • Financial Planning: Assess clients' financial circumstances, including income, assets, investments, liabilities, and tax status.
  • Develop comprehensive financial plans that outline strategies for achieving short-term and long-term financial goals such as retirement planning, education funding, estate planning, and wealth preservation.
  • Investment Management: Recommend and implement investment strategies based on clients' risk tolerance, time horizon, and financial goals.
  • Monitor and review investment portfolios regularly to ensure they remain aligned with clients' objectives and market conditions.
  • Branch Management responsibilities: Driving all branch office operations including client services, compliance, human resources, and financial reporting
  • Develop business plans and strategies to drive growth through client acquisition and asset gathering
  • Conduct periodic client portfolio reviews and provide investment advice
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise branch staff including financial advisors
  • Oversee branch budgeting, expense management, and achievement of profit targets
  • Ensure adherence to firm policies, regulatory requirements, and the fiduciary standard
  • Analyze branch performance metrics and implement improvements
