About The Position

Radia is seeking an Analyst of Advanced Imaging / Post Processing Lab Technologist. This position assists Radiologists through the post-acquisition processing of image data for neurological, musculoskeletal, and body-related exams. You will become proficient utilizing a suite of specialized clinical applications, training is provided.   All Candidates must be available Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm for approximately 6-8 weeks of training at our Corporate office in Lynnwood, WA Post Training Shift: Saturday through Wednesday 9:30a-6p PST (40 hours/week). This will be a fully remote role after training is completed. Compensation: Hourly salary range $35.42/hour to $54.46/hour. Salary is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and employment status. Requirements

  • Experience: Work experience as a radiologic technologist preferred but not required. Application training will be provided.
  • Education: Associates degree required.
  • Required Certifications: Washington State Radiologic Technologist - Diagnostic license (WSRT) and American Registry of Radiologic Technologists License (ARRT)

Responsibilities

  • Post-Processing: Performs post-acquisition processing of data to produce clinically relevant and useful images, parametric maps and segmentation. Can troubleshoot when issues arise and can problem solve when new processing is requested.
  • Relationships: Maintains collegial, professional and effective relationships with radiologists, clinical staff, imaging assistants, IT staff and hospital partners. Is able to provide preliminary assessments, summarize processed data and communicate this information with the Radiologist.
  • Practice Building: Supports advanced imaging data acquisition, image analysis and presentation of findings. Participates in our quality program, making necessary corrections as needed to maintain quality standards.
  • Data Analysis/Reporting: Designs reports and graphs that provide meaningful, readable information. Maintains exam logs and tracks post-processing failures. Supports the standardization of imaging protocols within Radia and with hospital partners.
