About The Position

BLUEHAWK, LLC is a professional services firm providing intelligence, information technology, language, and training services to the U.S. Government and commercial entities. The firm aims to protect and defend the nation, its citizens, natural resources, critical infrastructure, freedoms, and human rights. BlueHawk is seeking a 35L Senior Instructor to serve as a Senior Training and Development Specialist, supporting the 35L Counterintelligence Special Agent Course (CISAC) Reserve Component (RC). This is a temporary position, intended to be available until the current employee returns from military leave, with potential eligibility for a permanent role if one becomes available upon their return.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years operational experience in MOS 35L/351L/35E or an equivalent military specialty in a qualifying branch of service conducting counterintelligence operations/investigations, or an equivalent specialty in other U.S. government agencies conducting tactical, operational, or strategic counterintelligence operations with honorable service.
• Must be in good health, with the ability to work in a wide variety of terrain and weather conditions.
• Must be able to walk 5 miles unaided.
• Minimum of one year in a TRADOC instructor billet.
• Possess current applicable instructor qualifications (i.e. Army Basic Instructor Course [ABIC], Small Group Instructor Training Course [SGITC]) upon acceptance of employment as required. (If contract instructor does not possess these qualifications, the applicant must be able to pass the requisite USAICoE-provided courses on the first iteration of classes made available by the government and maintain such certifications throughout the duration of employment.)
• Bachelor's Degree in related field. (8 years of additional experience in related military training may be considered in lieu of degree requirement.)
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must have current Top-Secret clearance on the first day; Eligibility for SCI must be obtained in a reasonable time frame.

Nice To Haves

• Graduate of MI ALC/SLC, preferably 97B/35L ALC/SLC.
• Previous experience as a 97B/35L in an operational billet in operational areas such as Iraq and/or Afghanistan.

Responsibilities

• Assist the government in formulation, teaching, and training of curricula on counterintelligence operations and investigations to detect, identify, neutralize, and exploit Foreign Intelligence Services (FIE) threats to national security.
• Work in a fast-paced and extended hour work environment.
• Be prepared to work overtime as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
