About The Position

As our next Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll lead 20-25 associates on the night shift, turning real-time data and continuous-improvement tools into better throughput, tighter inventory control, and an injury-free workplace. Play a frontline role in HACCP / QACCP compliance and third-party audits—your stamp keeps shelves stocked across the U.S. Develop people. Pull LMS/WMS reports at sunrise, translate trends into action by the morning huddle. Growth curve. Navigate a live WMS upgrade and automation pilots (AMRs, AS/RS) without missing daily ship windows. Cold-chain complexity. Balance speed and strict temperature controls—no room for compromise on quality. What success looks like First 90 days Team fully staffed & cross-trained; safety incidents at zero. Labor variance vs. standard improved ≥ 5%. Year 1 Sustain 98%+ pick accuracy & 0 lost-time accidents. Complete at least two CI projects delivering $100k+ in savings. Ready for stretch assignments toward the Superintendent track.

Requirements

  • 3+ yrs leading 15+ hourly associates in high-volume distribution, manufacturing, or 3PL.
  • Hands-on experience with LMS/WMS or ERP warehouse modules (SAP, Manhattan, High Jump, etc.).
  • Proven CI chops—Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent problem-solving toolkit.
  • Working knowledge of food-safety or regulated-industry SOPs (HACCP, GMP, OSHA).
  • Forklift/PIT certification (trainer level a plus).

Nice To Haves

  • Green Belt or higher; SQF/BRC audit exposure.
  • Experience shepherding tech upgrades or warehouse automation projects.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.
