About The Position

Warehouse Trainer – Outbound Operations Join our team and help shape the success of every new associate who walks through our doors.We are looking for an energetic and motivated Warehouse Trainer to deliver hands-on training across key outbound functions—including Picker, Repack, Freezer, and Loader. If you enjoy coaching, building confidence in others, and creating a safe, high‑performing workplace, this role is for you. Hours: Monday- Friday 3pm - 11:30pm Pay: 19.00/hour Position Summary The Warehouse Trainer is responsible for preparing, coaching, and developing employees to perform in multiple outbound warehouse roles. This position ensures that newly hired and existing associates receive consistent, effective, safety-focused training that drives productivity, accuracy, and confidence on the job. What You’ll Do Train new and current employees in all outbound functions: Picker, Repack, Freezer, and Loader. Deliver clear, structured training that helps new associates steadily reach or exceed established performance standards Retrain employees as needed to support productivity, accuracy, and safety goals Communicate progress and performance updates to Outbound Supervisors throughout each associate’s 90‑day probationary period Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and support—ensuring every new associate has a positive training experience Contribute feedback for 30-, 60-, and 90‑day reviews of new associates Foster and model a strong safety culture by: Ensuring proper use of PPE Identifying and reporting hazards Encouraging safe decision‑making Participating actively in all safety programs Perform additional duties as assigned Key Competencies We’re looking for someone who is: Highly organized and detail‑oriented A strong verbal and written communicator Able to independently manage priorities and meet deadlines Dependable, reliable, and consistent Energetic, enthusiastic, and naturally motivational Position Requirements High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred Strong knowledge and proven success in warehouse picking functions Ability to become certified on all required material handling equipment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with AS400 preferred Ability to work overtime as needed Why You’ll Love Working Here You play a direct role in shaping and supporting employee success Every day brings a new challenge and opportunity to make an impact You’ll be part of a team that values safety, development, and teamwork INDPPFS

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
