About The Position

Under the direction of the Supervisor, the Order Picker is responsible for picking and scanning finished goods items for orders. Also responsible for adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) that are in effect. Responsibilities: Other duties as assigned Ensure correct products are being scanned/picked for orders Help restock pick locations when needed Responsible for housekeeping in pick area Participates in training of new order pickers Ensure Tablet and Scanner are returned to charge area at the end of the day. Ensure safety regulations are followed in warehouse Complies with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendance

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• 1+ year experience in a warehouse environment
• Flexibility for overtime when needed
• Must be able to read/write English
• Ability to work autonomously and use resources available to complete tasks timely
• Must comply with GMP requirements; specific functions and documents will be discussed in GMP and on the job training
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Work environment may be exposed to powders, chemicals, and allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, milk, dairy, eggs, wheat, gluten, soy, fish, and shellfish)..
• Ability to work in a physically challenging environment, including bending, twisting, and standing for up to 8 hours.
