About The Position

Aspire Staffing is hiring dependable and motivated associates for a Ready-to-Eat (RTE) Production Department in a food manufacturing facility. This position supports the preparation, handling, and packaging of fully cooked meat products while maintaining strict food safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Previous food production or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (35–45°F)
• Comfortable standing for long periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Team-oriented with good work ethic

Responsibilities

• Handle and stage ready-to-eat meat products for processing
• Assist with slicing, portioning, packaging, and labeling
• Perform quality checks to ensure product accuracy and consistency
• Maintain compliance with USDA and food safety guidelines
• Keep work areas clean and sanitized throughout shift
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
