About The Position

Aspire Staffing is hiring dependable and detail-oriented associates for a Ready-to-Eat (RTE) Slicing Department in a food production facility. This role is responsible for operating slicing equipment, maintaining food safety standards, and preparing finished products for packaging and distribution.

Requirements

• Previous food production or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (35–45°F)
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial slicing equipment safely and efficiently
• Slice and portion ready-to-eat meat products to specified weights and thickness
• Perform quality checks to ensure product consistency and appearance
• Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards (USDA guidelines)
• Keep work area clean and organized throughout shift
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and palletizing finished product
• Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements
