About The Position

Position Overview: Ability to communicate succinctly, effectively, and work collaboratively in a team environment. Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to other colleagues in our organization. Detailed oriented with good organizational skills. Comfortable with ambiguity/uncertainty and excellent analytical skills and ability to draw insights/derive viable strategic options. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED—Required
  • Current full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university undergraduate or graduate program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field—Required
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0—Required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must commit to the full duration of the internship (all interns must start no later than June 1, 2026- August 28, 2026)

  • Preference for Marketing, Advertisement or Business Administration

Responsibilities

  • Assist brand managers with development of promotional/educational resources.
  • Assist with development of patient materials, assets for websites, content for social media.
  • Assist brand managers with upload of Purchase Orders (PO), vendors Statement of Work (SOW) docs into COUPA system and with upload & annotation of resources into Veeva system for promotional board meetings/reviews.
  • Development of internal and external communications related to different brands.
