Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3.3 GPA
  • Strong interest in the financial services industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • The ideal candidate should be local to the San Diego or Fort Mill office during the time of the internship and will work on a hybrid schedule. (3 days in the office)
  • Offer contingent on successful background screening

Responsibilities

  • Support strategic initiatives by analyzing data, identifying trends, and surfacing insights.
  • Track key metrics and business performance indicators to inform decision-making.
  • Build executive-level presentations that translate complex data into clear, compelling stories.
  • Assist with business management tasks including meeting prep, project tracking, and reporting.
  • Collaborate across teams to support communications, process improvements, and operational planning.
