Global MSAT & Engineering (PTT) is responsible for ensuring that PT stays at the forefront of technology in our facilities and supports our robust processes & efficient operations. Our focus is integrating product health, process health with equipment fit for purpose and facility readiness in support of the manufacturing network. You will report to one or two employees within PTTA supporting key activities to enable the organization to fulfill its mission. The ideal candidate is a self-starter deeply curious and energized by learning. You should be comfortable with working through ambiguity and are able to prioritize and manage multiple demands and commitments. This role will collaborate with a cross functional team of leaders, SME’s from business functions within Global MSAT (Manufacturing Science & Technology) & Engineering function (Asset Health and Future Assets, Project Delivery, Controls, Safety and Sustainability) and across the Pharma Technical Operations network. This internship position is located in South San Francisco, on-site. The Opportunity Spearhead and/or participate in workstream initiatives. Facilitate workshops / team break-out sessions. Develop metrics and performance indicators. Create and manage data repositories / communication channels. Other activities as assigned by the Head of PTT Project Services and delegates. Program Highlights Intensive 12-month internship (40 hours per week for the first 12 weeks, with the possibility of becoming Part-Time afterward). Program start dates are in May/June(Summer). A stipend, based on location, will be provided to help alleviate costs associated with the internship. Ownership of challenging and impactful business-critical projects.
