Day in the Life of a Program Management Intern We are looking for inquisitive and driven individuals with a passion to innovate. Bring your experience and ideas help shape and support various tasks related to successful on-time, on-budget execution of our H-1 and V-22 programs on either the sustainment or operations side. As a Program Management Intern at Bell, you can expect to support cross functional activities that align to on-cost/on-time aircraft deliveries, proposal timelines, or sustainment initiatives. You will work with the Centers of Excellence, suppliers, and the program to support our production and proposal activities by leveraging data analytics. Potential projects may involve identifying cost control opportunities, performing master data audits, and assessing the supply health, material availability, and production capabilities. You may also contribute to various projects and tasks related to contract reviews, process documentation efforts, inventory management support, production capabilities assessments, and material/part allocation recommendation. The Program Management Intern may also generate reporting capabilities and dashboards for operational successes, performance, and cost management or automate some of the more manual processes using tools such as Power BI and Excel.

Requirements

  • Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher with a major in Business, Supply Chain, Project Management, Finance, Management Information Systems or other related fields required.
  • Minimum 60 credit hours completed by the start of the internship (June 1, 2026) or prior Bell internship experience
  • Able to complete the entire 10 weeks of the internship: June 1 – August 7, 2026.
  • 3.0 GPA preferred
  • Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite applications (including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, PowerApps and Visio)
