About The Position

We are looking for highly-motivated individuals, regardless of their cognitive processing styles who are eager to start their career in a leading financial institution! This position is an essential part of the team and will have exposure to several aspects of running a banking office. As a 2026 Neuroinclusion Emerging Talent Summer Experience Intern at JPMorganChase, you will be offered variety, growth, and a great introduction to a range of projects and tasks. With a heritage of more than two centuries, a broad range of core and alternative strategies, and investment professionals operating in every major world market, we offer investment experience and insight that few other firms can match. The program is designed to provide a fixed-term on the job experience, and you will be expected to be available to work full time, starting from early June 2026 and for a period of up to 10 weeks. Roles exist in several areas across our lines of businesses.

Requirements

  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; ability to summarize outcomes and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize information and articulate recommendations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); ability to create trackers, summaries, and presentation materials.
  • Comfort learning new tools and following structured processes for documentation, quality checks, and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of team initiatives by helping plan and organize work, track milestones/action items, and prepare meeting notes and status updates.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across business, operations, technology, product, and controls to manage dependencies and escalate risks/issues as needed.
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize data to build KPIs, identify trends, and translate findings into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, trackers, and executive-ready materials (e.g., summaries and presentations) to communicate progress and outcomes.
  • Document processes and support process improvement efforts, including drafting/refreshing SOPs and recommending efficiency or quality enhancements.
  • Perform quality checks and/or support testing activities (as applicable), including documenting results, tracking defects or remediation actions, and maintaining organized evidence/documentation.
