Your primary responsibility will be to provide programmatic support for APL’s Pathways, ASPIRE, MESA, STEM Academy, and outreach programs. Programmatic support includes but is not limited to: Developing and maintaining a student project hub, developing and publishing a weekly newsletter, developing and sharing content via instant messaging platforms (Slack), and other duties as assigned. You will partner with the STEM Program Management Office’s 5 specialists to coordinate workshops, assist with student onboarding, chaperone and assist middle school Space Camp students, administer surveys, and develop and update programmatic content for the 2027 program year. You will also help the ASPIRE, MESA, and STEM Academy Specialists prepare our student information and learning management systems for the 2027 program year. In addition to your programmatic duties, you will organize supplies, maintain learning lab equipment, help facilitate lab tours, analyze data, and make program improvement recommendations.
