Delta Dental of Michigan is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our team as we continue to grow. As a member of the Human Resources department, the Talent Acquisition intern will have the opportunity to learn about Talent Acquisition and other areas of Human Resources.

Requirements

  • Must be currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in human resources, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Must have strong communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Microsoft word, excel and outlook.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with an ATS or HRIS system is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Conduct phone screens for candidates
  • Schedule meetings, assessments, and interviews
  • Assist in recruitment-related correspondence, including job postings and candidate inquiries
  • Provide support for new hire orientations
  • Attend campus career fairs with the Talent Acquisition team
  • Assist in creating job aids and updating recruiting related forms
