Toyota's Integrated Customer Experience's (ICX) team is made up of seven departments within three pillars all supporting Toyota customer aftersales (aka Fixed Operations) brand experiences. Parts & Accessory Sales Lead sales and marketing initiatives throughout division Support Toyota Dealers with their parts sales operations (internal, wholesale, & counter sales) Support field accessory programs and sales Support manufacturing and deployment of Toyota vehicle accessories Increase e-commerce parts sales and platform engagement via TPCO Service & Collision Operations Support Toyota dealers in service operations related activities (e.g. Toyota Express Maintenance) Provide business operations support and education for collision center operations Retention Strategy & Operations Develop and maintain strategies to retain customers after they purchase a vehicle (e.g., ToyotaCare) Evolve Toyota's brand engagement and retention via our dealership's customer experience, online platforms and marketing efforts. Toyota's ICX team is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Summer Intern. Reporting to Managers across our division, the primary responsibility of this position is to provide analytical, strategic, and administrative support to a variety of department initiatives. This Team Member will have specific project management assignments, and the opportunity to grow themselves and our company by participating in ICX and enterprise-wide activities. We are looking for a customer focused, high energy, outgoing and highly engaged team member that is eager to learn and has a positive attitude that helps them build good relationships.
