Requirements

  • Current college students pursuing degrees in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Detail-oriented, curious, and proactive learners with a passion for technology and problem-solving.
  • Team players eager to work in a global environment and make a meaningful impact.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to HR systems, basic HR process knowledge, and foundational Excel skills.

Responsibilities

  • System Administration & Support: Assist with daily administration and maintain knowledge base materials.
  • AI & Automation Projects: Analyze workflows, automate routine tasks, and document enhancements using enterprise AI.
  • Data Quality & Governance: Perform data validation and ensure global data accuracy.
  • Project Coordination: Plan HRIS activities, document meetings, and track action items.
  • Documentation & Training: Create process flows, guides, and FAQs for HR and employee users.
  • Compliance & Security: Support privacy standards, including GDPR, and assist with role-based permissions.
