The Executive Associate Program is designed for 2nd year MBA students who seek to accelerate their career within M&T Bank. Program hires will undergo an immersive leadership experience designed to develop leadership competencies and strategic capabilities. Throughout the first year, the incoming cohort will be introduced to Program alumni, bank wide leadership, and collaborate with peers to drive change to support the vision and goals of the Bank. As an Executive Associate in the Enterprise Sales Enablement department, you’ll play a meaningful role in shaping how the enterprise creates omni channel marketing and sales customer experiences, equips frontline teams with the processes, education, reporting, technology, and intelligence for effective customer engagements, to maximize customer experience, deepen wallet share capture, and accelerate organic sales revenue growth. Your advanced degree and experiences align to the Executive Associate program and the ESE team because your role will require ownership of enterprise-critical deliverables, independent structuring of ambiguous problems, cross-line of business orchestration, and the creation of executive-ready insights and communication.
