Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of successful enterprise software sales experience, with a proven track record of closing complex deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, cold-call, and generate new business opportunities within large enterprise environments.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to build business cases, quantify ROI, and influence executive decision-makers.
  • Experience selling complex technology or informatics solutions; background in healthcare, life sciences, or laboratory systems is a strong plus.
  • High proficiency in CRM platforms and modern sales tools, including experience leveraging AI-powered productivity solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and resilient, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to support client engagements and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new logo acquisition by identifying, qualifying, and closing enterprise opportunities to exceed annual sales targets.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of strategic prospects, executing disciplined opportunity planning and forecasting.
  • Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations, proposals, and ROI-driven value propositions to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Lead complex sales negotiations and manage full-cycle deal execution from initial engagement through contract closure.
  • Create comprehensive account plans that align customer priorities with long-term business and technology solutions.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to identify new opportunities and differentiate solutions.
