What you’ll do: During this 10-week program, you’ll be embedded within a specific business area — such as banking, risk, operations, finance, or technology — working on projects that support real team objectives. You’ll also collaborate with fellow interns on an AI-focused capstone project, participate in professional development programming, and engage with leaders across the organization. Contribute to department assignments aligned to business needs Analyze data, support process improvements, and assist with research Participate in weekly development workshops and executive speaker sessions Work with your intern team to tackle an AI-driven business challenge Present your final project and insights to senior leadership Build meaningful relationships across the bank through networking and team activities What you’ll do – Consumer Compliance: In addition to participating in the broader internship program, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the Consumer Compliance team across risk management, regulatory analysis, and compliance testing within the bank’s Compliance Management System (CMS). Build foundational knowledge of consumer compliance regulations and internal CMS processes through structured training and hands-on exposure Support Compliance Risk Management & Operations by tracking and managing compliance issues, assisting with reporting, and identifying trends or potential gaps in processes Partner with Fair Banking and Advisory teams to research applicable laws and regulations (e.g., ECOA, Fair Lending, UDAAP) and support risk assessments Assist with compliance testing and monitoring activities, including data collection, documentation of control testing results, and maintaining centralized reporting Contribute to process improvements and support the exploration of AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency within compliance operations Provide regular updates to leadership, summarizing work performed, key learnings, and recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • Rising senior (Class of 2027) pursuing a bachelor’s degree
  • Interest in banking, financial services, business, technology, or analytics
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to work full-time for the 10-week summer program

Responsibilities
