About The Position

1:1 Program Assistant Junctions Salary - $30,985 pro-rated Qualifications High school diploma required with associates degree or higher preferred Experience working with children/students Experience assisting in program implementation Ability to work with professional staff Outstanding preparation and/or experience may be substituted for some of the above qualifications General Responsibilities Support students with emotional disabilities in inclusive and substantially separate settings Support with academics - providing accomodations and implementing lesson plans taught by the general education teacher Implement behavior plan, manage behaviors, assist with self help skills, possible assistance with toileting, social skills, and inclusion throughout the school environment Assist with arrival/dismissal Physically demanding position Must obtain CPI training (during work hours) and be able to physically manage/restrain if needed Flexibility within the program to wrok with a variety of student needs Perform duties as assigned by school administration Other duties as assigned by the classroom teacher.

Requirements
