Requirements for Senior Manager, Member Growth Marketing

  • 6+ years of experience in a client marketing role at a B2B2C company
  • Highly analytical with a strong mindset for growth 
  • Experience creating campaigns and experiences that create customer champions and brand advocates
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to strategically translate research and insights into actionable marketing plans 
  • Strong level of ownership to achieving enrollment goals


Responsibilities for Senior Manager, Member Growth Marketing

  • Manage enrollment success for the employer channel, working with Client Success and other members of Member Growth Marketing to craft effective, timely marketing plans to achieve established goals
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies to grow membership and retain existing clients
  • Build marketing plans to maximize enrollment impact at launch and throughout the year
  • Iterate on the marketing strategy for employers, identifying opportunities to drive enrollment leveraging both health plan and employer communication channels 
  • Identify and test new marketing efforts to expand our playbook 
  • Analyze impact of strategies and campaigns, using data to iterate and improve on future outreach
  • Work with the Senior Director of Member Growth Marketing to establish OKRs, track progress and develop reporting



  • Experience in healthcare or benefits 
  • Experience with people management 
  • Previous experience with Braze or similar email marketing platform
  • Start-up experience
