Requirements for Contracts Reviewer/Quality Assurance Rep

  • 2-5 years of Quality Assurance with with Contracts preferably in Real Estate
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Experience with mortgage processing preferred but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays (non-negotiable)
  • Flexibility with hours
  • Business professional attire required at all times
  • Must be have ability and previous experience reviewing contracts, and be open to studying and researching during training period.
  • Strong work ethic, attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities for Contracts Reviewer/Quality Assurance Rep

  • Providing Quality Assurance review of real estate contracts after closing,
  • Assisting with post-closing process,
  • Providing administrative support to end of sales process,
  • Strong communication skills written and verbal,
  • Meeting and greeting clients to complete the sales process after sale is made,
  • Processing of payments for real estate and fractional ownership deals,
  • Creating and responding to email correspondence.
