Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Operate beverage cart in a safe and responsible manner. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Follows policies and checks players identification when selling alcohol. Mains the inventory and sales of the cart. Maintains the stock on the cart - loading and unloading in designated areas. Ensures the cleanliness of the cart and removes trash at the beginning and end of shift. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy Attend required trainings. Uphold health and safety regulations in food and beverage service
