About the Role on the ZRS Quality and Compliance Team: Analyze data from Power BI dashboards and pivot tables to identify trends, segment performance, and potential training opportunities. Create engaging and informative decks that translate complex data findings into actionable insights for team discussions and leadership review. Participate in building and improving internal workflows while performing essential administrative tasks to streamline daily team operations. Manually audit certifications to ensure compliance, and partner with project operations on data analysis and process improvement initiatives. Collaborate with team members to analyze data, identify root causes of challenges, and develop actionable recommendations that drive quality and compliance improvements across ZRS initiatives.

Requirements

Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program in the fall semester following the internship
Must be a rising junior or rising senior at the time of the internship
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves
