SUMMARY Partner is seeking a full-time Zoning Analyst to prepare Zoning Reports. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in report writing within jurisdictions across the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and all versions of Adobe Acrobat.
  • Familiarity with Google Earth and GIS Mapping applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Self-directed, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
  • Ability to adjust work schedule to meet deadlines.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years of industry experience in preparing Zoning Reports
  • Must be able to read, write, speak & comprehend English
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screen
