SUMMARY Partner is seeking a full-time Zoning Analyst to prepare Zoning Reports. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in report writing within jurisdictions across the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and all versions of Adobe Acrobat.
- Familiarity with Google Earth and GIS Mapping applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Self-directed, organized, and able to work independently.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- Ability to adjust work schedule to meet deadlines.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of industry experience in preparing Zoning Reports
- Must be able to read, write, speak & comprehend English
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screen

- Compose correspondences and directly communicate with municipalities
