About The Position

Sells manufactured housing products to wholesalers or developers on a commission basis by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Contacts retailers and arranges to provide them with products. Calls on regular or prospective customers to solicit orders. Demonstrates products and points out salable features. Answers questions concerning products such as price, credit terms, and durability. Completes sales contracts or forms to record required sales information. Assists in the process of shipment/delivery of homes and collection of payment in a timely manner. Promotes products at trade shows and conferences.

Requirements

• Must be able to provide a high level of customer service
• Must have strong interpersonal skills
• Must be able to prioritize tasks and follow through with requests for assistance
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Must live the Champion Operating Principles
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time
• Background check and Drug Screen are required

Nice To Haves

• Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Previous sales experience in manufactured/modular housing desired
