About The Position

Position is responsible for managing the installation of Philips medical equipment at customer sites within an assigned territory. Plan, direct and monitor projects from initiation through delivery to meet revenue targets and cost projections, effectively managing cycle time and inventory. Your Role: Primary liaison between assigned customers and Philips “back room” organizations for each assigned project/order, including: Coordinate with Philips teams to ensure required resources/manpower are in place to complete the project. Ensure customer site readiness for installation of Diagnostic Imaging (DI) systems prior to delivery. Keep the internal Philips customers informed of progress/status of the project. Monitor progress of the project to key timelines. Work with Philips organizations to keep projects on track. Work with Commercial Operations to ensure forecast revenue timing for assigned projects. Minimize overall project cycle time and maximize customer satisfaction. Responsible for timely completion of FDA compliant Installation Paperwork Champion talent development and retention, including successful recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new team members. Implement People Performance Management (PPM) Strategies, including leveraging employee capabilities, coaching, and developing direct reports, and addressing poor performance.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated project management skills with 5+ years of related experience and/or 3+ years of management experience
  • High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Able to understand site and equipment technical requirements (HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Environmental), to include reading of site-specific floor plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Demonstrated experience in effective relationship management and ability to instill confidence with internal and external key stakeholders at all levels and ability to lead remote team.
  • Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You must be able to: Travel up to 25% within and infrequently outside of zone. Occasional overnight stays and travel by car, air, or train may be required.

  • For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance of the East Zone (CT, DE, MA, MD, ME, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VA, VT, and WV.)
