Treetop Adventure Course General Job Description: Treetop Adventure Rescue and Ground Guides spend the day in a dynamic outdoor work environment. Guides work with guests to provide a safe, fun and rewarding experience. Treetop Guides have strong communication and leadership skills; have good attention to detail; have strong customer service skills; are able to lift 50lbs; are able to stand for long periods of time; are able to walk three to five miles a day; be willing to work outside in all different types of weather; be physically fit and comfortable with heights; be a good team player; have a strong work ethic. ZipTour General Job Description: This position is responsible for ensuring the safety and exceptional experience for all zipline guests. Responsibilities include setting stop ropes, tying required knots, assisting guests in proper harness and helmet fitting, putting trolleys on the start of each zipline, adjusting guest on to the trolley properly and efficiently, demonstrating proper zipping techniques, operating the zipline activity, monitoring / directing guest’s speed upon incoming approach, performing retrievals and rescues (if trained as a rescue guide), inspecting equipment, and proper documentation of all daily operations.
