About The Position
Located in the heart of the Winnipesaukee Lakes Region, Gunstock Mountain Resort has been serving up outdoor adventures since 1937. This iconic ski resort has grown into a four-season playground for guests of all ages and abilities, offering award-winning mountain activities and big-energy summer events. If you enjoy fresh air, fun days, and being part of team with real character, you'll fit right in! What You'll Do Our Zipline Guides help guests gear up, stay safe, and soar across one of the longest canopy tours in the continental U.S. You'll lead small groups of all ages, keep the energy positive, and make sure every run feels fun and worry‑free. It's an active, outdoors‑all‑day role with a team that's supportive, easygoing, and proud of what we do.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 to guide (16 for monitors)
- Comfortable spending full days outside in all kinds of weather
- Comfortable with heights
- Ability to move on uneven terrain
- Ability to occasionally lift 25–50 lbs
- Ability to stay alert
- Ability to make good decisions
- Friendly, safety‑first attitude
