About The Position

Soccer Shots Coeur d'Alene/Spokane is looking for high-energy, purpose-driven coaches to introduce kids ages 2-8 to the game of soccer - and to something even bigger. This isn't just about soccer. It's about confidence, character, and creating moments kids carry with them long after the season ends. You might be the reason a shy 4-year-old speaks up for the first time - or the coach a child remembers years from now. You'll lead fun, fast-paced sessions where kids learn: Basic soccer skills How to listen, take turns, and encourage others Confidence in trying something new Each session is 30-45 minutes, high-energy, and built around connection - not just instruction. This role is a great fit if you: Love working with young kids (and they tend to love you back) Bring energy, positivity, and presence into a room Take responsibility seriously - especially when it comes to safety Want to do meaningful work, not just fill hours Are dependable, coachable, and consistent You do NOT need a soccer background. You DO need the ability to lead, engage, and connect. Soccer Shots is more than an intro-to-soccer program. We exist to positively impact children's lives through the game.
