About The Position

Soccer Shots Coeur d'Alene/Spokane is looking for high-energy, purpose-driven coaches to introduce kids ages 2-8 to the game of soccer - and to something even bigger. This isn't just about soccer. It's about confidence, character, and creating moments kids carry with them long after the season ends. You might be the reason a shy 4-year-old speaks up for the first time - or the coach a child remembers years from now.

You'll lead fun, fast-paced sessions where kids learn: Basic soccer skills How to listen, take turns, and encourage others Confidence in trying something new

Each session is 30-45 minutes, high-energy, and built around connection - not just instruction. You'll:
Lead classes of up to 12 children Arrive early to set up and create a welcoming environment Learn and follow our proven, age-appropriate curriculum Engage every child (no one gets lost in the crowd) Communicate with parents and provide simple feedback Bring your personality and creativity to every session

Soccer Shots is more than an intro-to-soccer program. We exist to positively impact children's lives through the game. Every session is designed to be: Age-appropriate Character-focused And, above all, fun

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to complete training
• Ability to lead, engage, and connect
