The Job: Bring “Soccer Island” alive with enthusiasm and creativity in daycare and childcare settings. Conduct soccer sessions for children ages 2 to 8, including set-up and take-down of the field. Collaborate closely and comfortably with daycare teachers and administrative staff to ensure a smooth, safe, and fun environment. Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and role modeling. Use Soccer Shots’ expert-designed curriculum and early childhood teaching techniques in every session. Follow all on-site safety and attendance protocols. Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, teachers, and administrators. Hours: Part-Time & Flexible: Choose your hours based on your availability and the needs of local childcare centers. Session Times: Morning weekday sessions, with times varying by season and location. Commitment: Typically 3 to 10 hours per week, depending on your schedule and program needs. Seasonal Availability: Update your availability each season (winter, spring, summer, fall) to fit your lifestyle and our programming. Requirements

No prior coaching or sports experience necessary.
Genuine passion for working with children and sports.
Energetic, engaging, responsible, and safety conscious.
Comfortable collaborating with daycare and childcare professionals.
Ability to adapt to the needs of kids ages 2-8.
Access to reliable transportation.
Ability to stand, jog, and model children’s soccer skills.
Must have or be willing to obtain required state clearances.
