About The Position

Soccer Shots - Macomb County is looking for a passionate part-time soccer coach to serve children ages 2 - 8. We are currently running programs in Shelby Township, Macomb Township, Clinton Township, Sterling Heights, Harrison Township, & Chesterfield. Looking for a fun and flexible job? Join Soccer Shots and be the best part of a child’s week. Due to our continued growth we are currently hiring for part-time coaches that have morning and afternoon availability. Come be a part of a staff that is passionate about impacting children all over our city. We operate in daycares, preschools, community centers, etc. Our part-time coaches need to be available three days a week Monday - Friday. We also operate at parks, schools, & churches on weekday evenings 5:30pm - 7:45pm & Saturday mornings 9:15am - 11:45am. Morning & afternoon classes run between 9:00am - 4:00pm. Classes are 35 - 40 minutes long. (You must be 18 years of age to apply) What We Offer: Salary: $22 - $30 an hour. Pay is based on experience & tenure with Soccer Shots. Paid Training: We offer a paid training program @ $22 an hour while in training to learn Soccer Shots curriculum, developmentally appropriate coaching techniques, and best practices. Flexibility – We only schedule you when you’re available, at sessions closest to you, with opportunities to change availability from season to season (winter/spring/summer/fall). Follow all on-site safety and attendance protocols. Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers. Requirements
