About The Position
The On-Site Program Manager at Mirror Ministries will oversee the establishment and operation of Esther's Home, a residential program for girls aged 11-17 who are survivors of domestic minor sex trafficking. This role involves working closely with the Executive Director to achieve state licensure, hire and train staff, and create a safe and nurturing environment for residents. The manager will implement trauma-informed care practices and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards while fostering a supportive community for both staff and residents.
