ABOUT PARENTING AZ CPLC Parenting Arizona and CPLC Parenting Nevada provide family support services statewide through prevention, intervention and treatment programs. These services promote strong families by empowering parents to thrive, thereby creating communities where parents have the skills to raise healthy and successful children. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE? As a Youth Outreach Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping youth affected by homelessness reconnect to stability and safety. You'll provide immediate case management, linking young people to essential services and resources that guide them toward permanent housing and independence. You will: Conduct street outreach in the community where homeless youth congregate. Provide program information, care packs, and resource referrals. Support youth in navigating systems and accessing housing, employment, and healthcare. Collaborate closely with the outreach team to ensure effective, compassionate support. Empower youth to build resilience and achieve their goals for a brighter future. WHO YOU ARE You are a compassionate, resourceful, and motivated advocate for youth.
