Provides encouragement and support in a safe and non-judgmental way for sixteen to twenty-five-year-old individuals who have or are at risk of developing behavioral health and substance-use challenges. The TAYRD (Transitional Age Youth Launching Realized Dreams) drop-in center works to reduce barriers for young people by providing specialized services and support. The intent of this job description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by incumbents of this job.
