About The Position
The Guild of St. Agnes is the largest early education and care agency in Central MA with a mission to provide families with quality and affordable childcare in a safe and nurturing environment. We are currently seeking an experienced School Age Group Leader at multiple Worcester, MA locations. This individual will assist with classroom activities, supervise children, and help create a fun and safe environment for our school-age children. This candidate will have prior experience working with children ages 5-12 years in a supervised work setting and have obtained their high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to commit to M-F 1:30-5:30 pm This job requires a successfully completed EEC background check.

Responsibilities
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of the children at all times, being alert for their needs as individuals and as a group
- Know and maintain child/teacher ratios in compliance with EEC regulations
- Assist in planning developmentally appropriate curriculum
- Maintaining clear, effective and positive communication with children, families, and staff
