OREGON YOUTH AUTHORITY Youth Facility Supervisor 2 - Assistant Camp Director Albany, Oregon - JACKIE WINTERS TRANSITION PROGRAM Bring your proven leadership skills to Jackie Winters Transition Program! The Oregon Youth Authority is seeking a Youth Facility Supervisor 2 – Assistant Camp Director to help lead and support operations at the Oak Creek campus, including the Jackie Winters Transition Program. In this role, you will partner with facility leadership to oversee daily services and programs designed to prepare youth for successful transitions to the community through life skills development, education, and vocational opportunities. You will help establish program goals, objectives, and priorities in coordination with OYA, partner state agencies, and community partners, and plan, develop, and operate services that address the needs of youth in the program. This position also supports building and maintaining a clear facility organization and communication structure that enables effective staff supervision through direct leadership and subordinate supervisors. In addition, you will develop and maintain program descriptions, including acceptance and exclusionary criteria, and oversee youth screening and admissions to ensure appropriate placement and program alignment. Requirements

  • Four Years of lead work, supervision, or progressively related experience; OR One year of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Driving is an essential function of this position. A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record are required for this position.
