The Youth Employment Case Manager supports SCC’s youth employment program by providing opportunities for youth to develop work and life skills and connections to peers and the community that is culturally affirming and recognizes the effects of trauma. SCC’s Youth Employment program meets youth where they are and uses a strengths-based approach to remove barriers and create the conditions necessary for success. By providing these critical, culturally relevant support services to youth, the program not only addresses immediate challenges but also fosters long-term personal and community growth. This proactive, holistic approach is essential for building a resilient, vibrant South Minneapolis.
