Now hiring YOUTH DEVELOPMENT SPECIALISTS at Abraxas South Mountain Youth Center! In this role, you will help improve the lives of at-risk youth in our community. This is an entry level position; seeking individuals to role model, teach and supervise adolescents in a structured residential environment. As a Youth Development Specialist, you will regularly supervise and interact with clients, observe and address client behavior, and document services in client files. Comprehensive paid training provided to prepare new employees for success in our team-oriented environment.
