About The Position
This position is responsible for: Plans, implements, supervises members and evaluates activities provided within a specific program area, supporting the priority outcome areas.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Previous work in related field with Children and Youth preferred
- Commitment to actively participate in a Professional Development Plan.
- Ability to deal comfortably with stressful situations and follow emergency procedures.
- Ability to multi-task, ability to follow instructions and complete tasks in a safe and effective manner.
Responsibilities
- Implements and administers programs, services and activities for members in an effective manner.
- May oversee special programs and services such as Youth of Year programs, or Youth of the Month.
- Monitors and evaluates programs, services, and activities to ensure safety of members, quality in programs and appearance of the branch at all times.
- Prepare periodic activity reports.
- Assists with implementation of outreach efforts to sustain and increase program membership and program participation.
