About The Position

Job Duties: Be able to facilitate life skills programs focused on topics such as self-esteem, relationships and be able to apply them to real-world experiences Have strong organizational skills Must be self-motivated and take initiative Be willing to attend conferences, seminars and other events for professional training opportunities Be a voice in the community for our members and their families Be extremely flexible in the day to day activities and be prepared to facilitate a program with limited notice Be energetic and unafraid to enforce the rules and regulations of the Boys & Girls Club Be willing to share talents and skills with the youth and teach them these skills Be punctual and consistent in coming to work on time Be available Monday-Friday from 2:30pm-6:30pm. Requirements
