Youth Development Aide Work directly with youth in a Community Care Licensed before and/or after-school setting at either a YMCA facility or a local elementary school site. As part of a team, they impact youth’s lives by helping youth learn, grow, and develop. By exemplifying and teaching skills through both formal and informal lessons, in a safe and supportive environment, the Youth Development Aide leads youth in becoming great citizens. Assists in the program management and supervision of a group of children 5-12 years of age, along with the planning, implementation, and facilitation of activities and events for participants.
