The Johnson County Mental Health Center is currently recruiting for Youth Crisis Stabilization Center (YCSC) Supervisor (Manager II). This position directs and oversees the operations at the Youth Crisis Stabilization Center within Johnson County Mental Health Center and provides the supervision to the Direct Care Staff assigned to work at YCSC. This position would provide coaching and support to the staff, assist with floor management and client movement, and coordinate with families/state workers/law enforcement during times of medical and behavioral health emergencies. This position would collaborate with the Team Leader and the clinical staff to ensure consistency from the residential floor to the clinical supports provided throughout the week and works with stakeholders (parents, schools, court services, alcohol/drug treatment providers, etc.) to facilitate stabilization.
