Are you passionate about empowering youth and making a meaningful difference in your community? Join our Basic Needs Program in Burlington at the Drop-In Center as a Youth Coach. In this role, you are an important part of the Drop-In s community, you ll help youth access food and shelter, achieve stability, take steps to heal from trauma, and accomplish their goals. Youth Coaches are expected to participate in regular and ongoing individual and group supervision to address program development needs, care coordination for youth, and professional development needs and goals. This is a full time nonexempt position; the hours are Thursday 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm and Thursday - Sunday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm and pays $21.00 per hour.
